Credit guide.

This Credit Guide contains important information about Hypercube Finance, the credit assistance services we provide, how we are paid, and how to make a complaint. Please read it carefully.

Who we are.

Tesseract Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 90 684 948 801) trades as Hypercube Finance and provides credit assistance services as a Credit Representative (CRN 000567536) of Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 000384704. Throughout this Credit Guide, references to "Hypercube Finance", "we", "us" and "our" mean Tesseract Finance Pty Ltd trading as Hypercube Finance.

We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, and provide credit assistance to clients Australia-wide. Our services cover residential home loans, refinancing, investment loans, commercial finance, SMSF lending, and asset and equipment finance.

What we do.

As your credit assistance provider, we will: conduct a preliminary assessment to understand your requirements and objectives; research products from our approved lender panel; recommend a product (or products) we reasonably believe are not unsuitable for you; submit the application and manage it through to settlement; and remain available for post-settlement service and annual reviews.

Our approved lender panel includes major banks, second-tier lenders, non-bank lenders and commercial specialists. A full lender list is available on our lenders page.

How we're paid.

Hypercube Finance is typically paid commission by the lender if and when your loan settles. As a Credit Representative of Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd, commission is paid by the lender to Finsure, who then remits the broker's share to Hypercube Finance under our aggregation agreement. Commission has two components: an upfront commission paid at settlement, and a trail commission paid monthly for the life of the loan. Commission rates vary by lender and product.

Where a lender does not pay commission, or where the scope of work justifies it, we may charge a fee for service. Any fee will be agreed with you in writing before we proceed, not at the end of the process.

Full details of commissions and any applicable fees will be disclosed to you in writing as part of the Credit Quote and Credit Proposal we provide before you commit to a loan. Finsure's own Credit Guide, which may contain additional licensee-level disclosures, is available on request.

If something goes wrong.

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us first at info@hypercubefinance.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within 21 days, in line with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271.

As a Credit Representative of Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd (ACL 000384704), your complaint may also be referred to Finsure as licensee for internal dispute resolution. Finsure can be contacted at complaints@finsure.com.au or 1300 334 636.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal dispute resolution, you can escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au. AFCA provides free, fair and independent financial services complaint resolution.
